I left feedback direct with Pure as below. Their automated reply said I would get a response within 48 hours, but no one came back to me! I have left a 4 star rating here as more likely to get read. Actually I should leave A 1 star! "Your Evri driver left this valuable and delicate parcel (pure silk shirt) out of doors, at the bottom of the drive 1/4 mile from the house where it got soaked and was only discovered by chance. Don 't tell me to take it up with Evri. My contract was with you not them. They are your subcontractors. And don 't tell me to clarify my delivery point on the Evri website as I have done that many times Sometimes Evri delivers to the house, some times to the yard and occasionally at the bottom of the drive, like this time. Hermes had such a bad reputation with customers they had to rebrand as Evri, but it has made no difference to their appalling service Other delivery services such as Amazon, Royal Mail, DHL, DPD etc all deliver in accordance with instructions to our porch. I will not be ordering anything from Pure again so long as you use Evri for your deliveries And I bet I am not the only customer to complain to you about them I am waiting for the shirt to dry to see if there is any damage. If there is I will be writing again for a refund. In any event I would appreciate a reply by way of customer care Regards Simon Rous "

The shirt arrived extremely creased and I will have to wash it to try and get them out. Don 't think I have ever received anything so creased. I have bought before and that was fine, but the clothes are not cheap and I didn 't expect it.
