I give this company zero stars. My last 2 transactions have been horrendous. They are refusing to acknowledge that I returned one expensive item, and say they can 't find it even though I returned it with their own label first class paid post. The last purchase I paid �9+ for next day delivery, and after 2 days I had to call & the item hadn 't even been sent. There person I spoke to said he 'd expedite it and refund the extra I paid for next day delivery. Next day still no notification and a second phone call to Pure where at least I received help from a girl and I finally received my jumper 5 days after my express” order. I have bought so many cashmere items over many years from Pure but I have lost trust and will not be ordering again. Very very disappointed.
